Do you offer tours?

No. At this time we are working 7 days a week to get clients their yarn/roving back ASAP. If you come in to drop off or pick up or even shop our yarn from our flock we are happy to

show you around and answer your questions. There is no charge for this. If you wish to schedule a group tour for your school or your fiber group just ask. We will do our best to accommodate you. 

 

Returns are only accepted on our branded yarn or items from our shop within 14 days. Custom milled items are non-refundable. Items not paid for within 30 days become the property of the mill.

For a hardcopy, gift card mailed to a person call or email and we are happy to send a pretty card with a validated numbered gift card for use in the mill.
